Description
Academic credentials
- Professional degree or equivalent academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
- It will be positively evaluated that the applicant has courses and postgraduate courses in Digital Transformation or related subjects.
General Experience
- At least 7 (seven) years of work experience participating in modernization and digitization projects of the public or private sector; with the focus of Digital Transformation.
- Its participation must correspond to the lifting activities, design, and functional specifications in the areas of Financial Administration, Tax Administration, or Customs Administration.
Specific Experience
- Of those 3 (three) years of experience in activities related to: Financial Administration, Tax Administration or Customs Administration.
- Must have experience and practical knowledge in public income and expenses management, as appropriate.
- Applicants must demonstrate experience in designing transformation and/or modernization plans for public or private institutions.
- The projects that will be considered must have a duration of at least 6 months and an investment amount of US $ 500,000. The experience that will be considered must correspond to the role of a senior specialist in the respective functional area (Financial Administration, Tax Administration or Customs Administration)
Certifications
- It is desirable that applicants have courses and/or certifications related to the financial management of the state.
