Consulting Differential cost analysis for compliance with Technical criteria for the selection of T-MAS for housing with State contribution

Description

The Inter-American Development Bank invites consulting firms to submit their Expression of Interest to analyze the differential costs associated with compliance with the Technical Selection Criteria (CTS) of the Taxonomy of Environmentally Sustainable Economic Activities of Chile (T-MAS). The study will cover four housing projects with state support from the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism (MINVU), in thermal zones D, E, F and I.
1. Technical and constructive analysis
Identify the necessary adjustments to meet the criteria of substantial contribution, no significant harm and minimum social safeguards in housing in Rancagua, Concepción, Temuco and Coyhaique.
2. Differential cost evaluation
Estimate direct, indirect and business costs through cubications, analysis of unit prices and quotations for each typology and thermal zone.
3. Comparison and validation of results
Compare technical solutions and regional costs, contrast the results with similar studies and consolidate the technical and financial evidence.
4. Recommendations for implementation
Propose actions and strategies to gradually incorporate the CTS into the requirements of housing programs with state contribution from the MINVU.
