Consulting for the development of an interoperability technology solution and a multi-platform system for the province of Entre Ríos

Description

Argentina, through the Ministry of Economy's Ministry of Finance, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program to Support Integrated Public Expenditure Management PROFIP III". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the integration of government digital platforms.

Scope of the consultancy
- Main objective: To develop and implement an interoperability platform for the integration and specific exchange of data between SLH, SPC and SIGAP systems.

- Security and functionality: Guarantee the consistency of public information in the province of Entre Ríos through secure, traceable and functional technological services.

Qualification and Submission Requirements
- Institutional documentation: Submit a written expression of interest, a constitutive contract certifying nationality (eligibility), proof of registration with the ARCA and the signatory's power of attorney.

- Consortia: Applications are allowed in alliances or temporary unions by attaching the proof of intention to form and the details of the participating firms.

- Technical experience: Prove a list of similar works in technical complexity executed in the last ten (10) years, duly certified by the contracting authority, specifying amounts, duration and the key personnel assigned.

- Delivery format: Send a single digital file signed in PDF format (maximum 20 MB, or compressed in ZIP/RAR if it exceeds the size), written entirely in Spanish electronically.

- Evaluation: Selection under IDB policies (GN-2350-15) to form a short list of five (5) to eight (8) firms.
