Description
The objective of the consultancy is to contribute to the state's fiscal sustainability by: (i) modernizing fiscal management; (ii) improving tax administration; and (iii) improving public expenditure management.This is the seventh individual loan operation under the PROFISCO II CCLIP (BR-X1039) approved by the Board of Executive Directors through Resolution DE-113/17.
Description of services:
- organizational restructuring,
- mapping and improvement of business processes,
- adequacy of the State Financial System to national and international public accounting standards,
- support in adapting business processes aimed at implementing a SIAFIC within the State of São Paulo,
- improvements in information management, and
- support in defining a new relationship model with sectoral units. Furthermore, you must provide support to areas in the execution of new processes, detailing strategic projects, assistance in defining performance indicators, carry out benchmarking with other public bodies at the federal, state and municipal levels, bring in business experts who help with reviewing and improving processes, and bring in experts who have participated in SIAFIC-type technological solution migration processes to assist in the adaptation strategy processes and implementation of a SIAFIC within the State of São Paulo.
