Description
The IDB intends to hire consulting services to support the implementation of the Universal Access to Energy Program.
Consulting services includes:
- Detailed design of the training course on solar systems, preparation of course materials, development of the virtual course and evaluation of its results.
- The course is estimated to last 40 hours, spaced over a period of two months, for 20 participants. At least 20 face-to-face hours and 20 virtual hours are expected.
- The course must cover at least the following topics: sizing, design, budget, installation, operation and maintenance of renewable and hybrid electric mini-grids, isolated and interconnected to the grid, and home solar systems for their implementation in Panama.
- The consultancy includes making a general evaluation of the results of the course to its participants.
