Description

Peru, through the Ministry of Education, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest.

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Provision of consulting services for the comprehensive supervision of the execution of the work corresponding to the Temporary Relocation Plan (PRT) of the Institute of Public Pedagogical Higher Education (I.S.P.P.) Azángaro, located in the department of Puno.

Qualification and Selection Requirements
Regulatory framework: The process will be conducted under the procedures described in the Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants financed by the IDB (GN-2350-15), with the objective of forming a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Qualifications: Interested firms must demonstrate technical and operational capacity and relevant experience in supervision services for works of a similar nature.

Partnerships: The constitution of joint ventures or the inclusion of sub-consultants is authorized to reinforce the credentials and experience of the proposal.

Management and submission of expressions of interest
Delivery method: The submission of proposals by electronic means or by written delivery to the authorized institutional address is allowed.
