Description
The IDB intends to hire consulting services for the Institutional and Operational Evaluation of the System for the Identification of Potential Beneficiaries of Social Programs (SISBEN) IV.
The consulting company must carry out an institutional and operational evaluation of Sisbén IV that allows for the analysis of the implementation, coordination and articulation between different levels of government to achieve its effective operation.
The consulting services include carrying out an institutional and operational evaluation of Sisbén that allows analyzing the coordination and articulation between the different levels of government (national, departmental and municipal) to achieve an effective operation of Sisbén, in a way that allows verifying if this tool provides pertinent and timely information for the targeting of social programs and the use that national and territorial entities make of the available information.
