Construction of the Villa Esperanza Dam (San Lorenzo)

Description

Bolivia, through the Ministry of Sustainable Production, Environment and Water, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "National Technical Irrigation Program with a Basin Approach I". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the construction of the Villa Esperanza dam in the municipality of San Lorenzo.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Execution of the construction works of the Villa Esperanza dam (San Lorenzo).

Estimated timeframe: 780 days.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Verification of compliance with administrative, legal, financial aspects, guarantees, technical profile and required experience.

Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required Guarantee: Mandatory presentation of a Bid Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of BOB $638,010.79.

Access to the rules: Bidding documents in Spanish are requested by email (uteppatriaagual1226@gmail.com) or downloaded directly from the State Contracting System (SICOES) platform in www.sicoes.gob.bo with the CUCE code: 26-0041-24-1689553-1-1.

Delivery modality: Physical delivery of proposals in a sealed envelope at the offices of the executing unit in La Paz (Av. 20 de Octubre, Edificio Mollinedo N° 1628, Zona San Pedro). Electronic bids are not authorized. The opening will take place in a public event in person and online.
