Description
The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to partially finance the cost of the "National Technical Irrigation Program with a Basin Approach I". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN), managed by the Ministry of Environment and Water, invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the execution of hydraulic infrastructure works.
Scope of the offer
- Infrastructure project: Construction of the Uñala Jatun Era dam in the municipality of Yotala.
- Sectoral purpose: To optimize agricultural and rural development through the expansion of technified irrigation systems under an integrated basin approach.
- Execution period: The estimated time for the construction and final delivery of the works is 364 days.
Qualification and Selection Requirements
- Evaluation criteria: The operational, legal and financial requirements required are governed in detail in accordance with point 4 ("Bidder Qualifications") of the Instructions to Bidders (IAO) included in the specifications.
- Sustainability of the offer: All proposals submitted by the applicant companies must be accompanied by a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.
- Regulatory framework: The contracting and awarding process will be carried out under the IDB's guidelines and policies for the acquisition of works applicable to the loan contract.
