Description
The Ministry of Health invites eligible bidders to submit sealed proposals for the construction of a primary hospital with 30 hospital beds, in a total area of 2,884.58 square meters, located in the municipality of Quilalí, department of Nueva Segovia. The construction period is three hundred and ninety (390) calendar days.
The qualification requirements include: a) having an average annual turnover for construction of works for a period of the last 3 years (2016, 2017 and 2018), of at least the multiple 0.50; b) demonstrate experience as a main contractor in the construction of at least three works, whose nature and complexity is equivalent to those of the works bid, in the last 3 years (2016, 2017 and 2018); c) demonstrate that it can ensure the timely availability of the necessary equipment. d) Have a Works Administrator (resident engineer), graduated in civil engineering and/or architecture, with required experience; e) Have credit availability free of other contractual commitments and excluding any advance that could be received under the Contract, for an amount of thirty percent (30%) of the offered value. f) Compliance in the execution of contracts with the contracting party; g) Have a project planning engineer, civil engineer an /or architect with a graduate degree in project planning and administration and/or a graduate degree in project management with the experience we require. (h) The bidder shall demonstrate compliance with the following financial risk analyzes: Proof of liquidity: the index obtained shall be greater than or equal to 1.00; Indebtedness: the ratio must be less than or equal to 0.85; Working capital performance: the result must be equal to or greater than 1%.
