Description
The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to partially finance the cost of the "National Technical Irrigation Program with a Basin Approach I". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI), managed by the Ministry of Environment and Water, invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the execution of civil-agricultural infrastructure works.
Scope of the offer
- Infrastructure project: Comprehensive construction of the Sauce Pampa irrigation system in the municipality of Yamparaez.
- Sectoral purpose: To optimize the development of the agriculture and rural development sector through the implementation of technified irrigation systems with a basin approach.
- Execution period: The estimated time for the construction and final delivery of the works is 450 days.
Qualification and Selection Requirements
- Evaluation criteria: The specific operational, legal and financial requirements that the applicant companies must meet are detailed in the attached tender document.
- Guarantee of seriousness: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Guarantee for an amount of BOB 333,766.19.
- Regulatory framework: The contracting and awarding process will be strictly governed by the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB applicable to the loan contract.
