Construction of the Sauce Pampa irrigation system (Yamparáez)

Description

Bolivia, through the Ministry of Sustainable Production, Environment and Water, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "National Program of Technified Irrigation with a Basin Approach I". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the construction of the Sauce Pampa irrigation system in the municipality of Yamparáez.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Execution of the works for the integral construction of the Sauce Pampa irrigation system (Yamparáez).

Estimated term: 630 days.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Verification of administrative, legal, financial aspects, required guarantees, technical profile and demonstrable experience.

Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required Guarantee: Mandatory presentation of a Bid Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of BOB $388,238.76.

Access to the rules: Bidding documents in Spanish are requested by email (uteppatriaagual1226@gmail.com), downloading them from the State Contracting System (SICOES) platform in www.sicoes.gob.bo with the CUCE code: 26-0041-24-1689985-1-1, or by accessing the annexes link in kronos-priorizacion.com.

Delivery modality: Physical delivery of proposals in a sealed envelope at the office of the executing unit in La Paz (Av. 20 de Octubre between Otero de la Vega and Santos Machicado, Mollinedo Building No. 1628, Floor 3, San Pedro Zone). Electronic bids are not authorized. The opening will take place in a public event in person and online.
