Construction of the Pampoyo Berenguela dam and irrigation system (Pocoata)

Description

Bolivia, through the Ministry of Environment and Water and the Coordination and Execution Unit of the More Investment Program for Irrigation (UCEP – MI RIEGO), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "National Program of Technified Irrigation with a Basin Approach I". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) aims to build water storage and distribution infrastructure in rural areas.

Project Scope
Objective of the work: Execution of the civil works for the integral construction of the dam and the corresponding Pampoyo Berenguela irrigation system in the municipality of Pocoata.

Execution period: The estimated time for the development and final delivery of the works is 360 days.

Presentation modality: The bidders' proposals must be delivered under a sealed envelope in a strictly physical form to the address of the UCEP - MI RIEGO in the city of La Paz. Bids through electronic channels will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Evaluation criteria: Interested bidders must comply with the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders (IAO), which include the accreditation of the company's technical expertise, the assignment of qualified key personnel, availability of essential machinery and equipment, along with the legal and financial requirements of the specifications.

Access to documentation: The complete set of tender documents can be consulted and downloaded digitally free of charge through the SICOES platform (under the CUCE code: 26-0041-24-1668170-1-1) or requested in writing by institutional email.

National preference: No margin of technical or economic preference will be granted to contractors or suppliers associations (APCAs) of national origin in this procurement process.

Seriousness Safeguard: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.
