The objective of the consultancy are: (i) improve access to quality public spaces and sustainable connectivity between La Paz and El Alto; (ii) promote the conservation of natural environments of strategic importance, strengthening their resilience and contributing to climate change mitigation in La Paz and El Alto; and (iii) strengthen the capacities of the Executing Agency (EO) for the operation and management of the linear park with a gender and diversity approach.
