Construction of highway on Provincial Route No. 11, section: Mar de Ajó – Pinamar

Description

The Argentine Republic, through the Province of Buenos Aires, has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Road Safety Program in the Metropolitan Area of the Province of Buenos Aires and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is AR-L1338 and the loan agreement is 5418/OC-AR.

The Highway Directorate of the Province of Buenos Aires invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the construction of a highway on Provincial Route No. 11, in the section between Mar de Ajó and Pinamar, with a total length of 47.21 kilometers.

The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1, from the progressive 0+000 to the 24+750, with a length of 24.75 km; and Lot 2, from the progressive 24+750 to the 47+211, with a length of 22.46 km. The estimated construction period is 540 days for each lot.

The procurement will be carried out through International Public Bidding (IPL), in accordance with IDB policies. The qualification requirements are detailed in the bidding documents. Bids must be physically submitted and accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Guarantee of ARS 740,000,000 for Lot 1 and ARS 790,000,000 for Lot 2.
