Construction of an Early Childhood Education Center - CEI (Standard IV with nursery) in the municipality of Itapipoca

Description

The Secretariat of Social Protection of the State of Ceará, Brazil, received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Support Program for Social Reforms of Ceará - Proares III - Phase II. Standard IV model with nursery, in the municipality of Itapipoca.

Offer Scope
Civil construction: Full execution of the engineering works for the construction of the Early Childhood Education Center (CEI), with a minimum built area of 300.00 m².

Technical components: The scope of services includes the execution of a reinforced concrete structure, electrical installations, hydrosanitary systems and the implementation of a photovoltaic system.

Socio-environmental management: Mandatory implementation of the actions contained in the Environmental and Social Management Plan (PGAS) linked to the project.

Estimated value: The total estimated cost of contracting is R$ 3,876,542.72 (of which R$ 3,712,299.92 is intended for the execution of the base work and R$ 164,242.80 is intended for compliance with the PGAS).

Execution time: The estimated time for the total completion of all interventions is 9 months.

Eligibility requirements
Technical capacity: Proof of technical-operational and professional experience in the execution of building works with a reinforced concrete structure of a minimum Fck of 30 MPa, including electrical, hydrosanitary and photovoltaic solar energy installations.

Participation Guarantee: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by an Offer Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of R$ 77,530.85.

Bidding modality: The event will be conducted under the rites of National Public Bidding (LPN), in accordance with the IDB's current policies for the acquisition of goods and works.
