Construction of drinking water network in the Uspha Uspha area

Description

Bolivia, through the Ministry of Sustainable Production, Environment and Water, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for Integrated Water Management in Urban Areas". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the construction of the drinking water network in the Uspha Uspha area.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Construction of the drinking water distribution network for the Uspha Uspha area.

Estimated term: 460 days.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Verification of legal capacity, financial solvency, technical expertise and profile of key personnel according to the criteria specified in the tender document.

Required guarantee: Mandatory presentation of the Bid Maintenance Statement.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: Bidding documents in Spanish can be requested by email (adquisiciones.ucp.paap@gmail.com), consulted at the office of the executing unit or downloaded directly through the portal of the State Contracting System (SICOES) in www.sicoes.gob.bo.

Delivery modality: Physical delivery of proposals in a sealed envelope at the offices of the Program Coordination Unit in La Paz (Av. Hernando Siles Nº 5631, Zegarra - Allegro Building, 2nd floor, Obrajes). Electronic bids are not authorized. The opening will take place in a public event in person and online.
