Description
Haiti, through the National Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation (DINEPA), has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) toward the cost of the "Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Urban, Peri-urban and Rural Areas in the Great North Region of Haiti" program. This International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for infrastructure connection works.
Scope of Works
Core Objective: Execution of connection works in Port-de-Paix to improve, expand, and optimize water supply and sanitation networks.
Execution Period: The estimated timeframe for the completion of all contracted civil and technical works is 6 months.
Key Requirements and Conditions
Procurement Guidelines: The process will be conducted in accordance with the Policies for the Procurement of Goods and Works Financed by the IDB and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
Qualification Criteria: Prospective contractors must satisfy all technical, financial, legal, and other evaluation requirements set forth in the official Bidding Documents.
Access to Bidding Documents: A complete set of bidding documents in French can be obtained by submitting a written request to DINEPA. A non-refundable payment of HTG 10,000.00 via manager's check is required. The complete digital dossier will be delivered electronically via email.
Bid Security: All proposals must include a formal Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the procurement guidelines to ensure the validity of the submission.
