Description

Argentina, through the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Digital Agenda of the Buenos Aires Health System" program. This call for the National Public Tender (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the provision of equipment and technological supplies for various health care providers.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of supplies and computer equipment distributed in three (3) lots:

Lot 1: Computer supplies, accessories, peripherals and technological equipment of equivalent characteristics.

Lot 2: Televisions, screens/monitors, display devices and their respective supports or mounting systems.

Lot 3: Thermal printers and printing equipment with similar characteristics.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: The process is governed by the National Public Bidding (LPN) procedures provided for in the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Financial capacity: Demonstrate financial soundness through the presentation of audited financial statements for the last three (3) closed financial years.

Experience required:

Minimum general experience of three (3) years in the supply of computer equipment or technological goods.

Specific experience of at least three (3) contracts completed in the last five (5) years for the provision of goods equal to or similar to the lot quoted.

Technical tests and approvals:

Presentation of physical sample for test operation and compatibility of the printer quoted in Lot 3.

Manufacturer's authorisation (in particular for Lots 2 and 3) or documentation proving the status of official representative, authorised distributor or certified partner.

Margin of preference: No margin of economic preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required Guarantee: Mandatory presentation of a Bid Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of USD 6,600.00.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: The bidding documents in Spanish are available for consultation and direct download on the institutional web portal.

Delivery method: Bids must be delivered physically and in a sealed envelope at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Health Procurement and Contracting in Buenos Aires. Electronic bids will not be allowed. The public opening will have the possibility of face-to-face or online attendance.
