The qualification requirements include: (a) Financial capacity, must present documented evidence that demonstrates having an amount of liquid assets and / or access to credits free of other contractual commitments of at least 15% of the value of the offer presented; (b) Experience and Technical Capacity: Copy of the list of the main goods and services offered in the last three years that are the same or similar to the object of this tender.
