Description
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is calling for specialized consulting firms for the co-design, production, execution and transfer of a pilot training solution. The objective of the project is to close key skills gaps in migrant women to promote their labor reconversion and increase their potential for insertion into better quality jobs.
1. Curriculum design and target audience
Structure by levels: Co-design of adapted training itineraries classified into three levels of progress: entry, incremental jump and relevant jump.
Coverage and territory: Implementation of a pilot aimed at a group of between 120 and 180 regular migrant women in the Metropolitan Region, with a focus on the 11 collaborating communes of the project in Santiago de Chile.
Teaching materials: Production of instructional resources and editable facilitation guides under a practical approach, intercultural relevance and strict alignment to the graphic standard of the technical counterpart.
2. Operational modality and technological support
Hybrid format: Teaching under remote/synchronous mode, with availability for face-to-face or hybrid instances in Santiago. The provider will be responsible for enabling and managing both virtual rooms and physical spaces.
LMS Platform: Development or adaptation, configuration and administration of a Learning Management System (LMS) that guarantees the support of the courses, the enabling of access, the traceability and the reportability of progress.
Retention strategy: Continuous monitoring of attendance and participation through the activation of an early warning system to apply immediate corrective actions in the face of dropout risks.
3. Certification, transfer and deadlines
Accreditation of skills: Issuance and formal delivery of certificates of approval to participants who meet the academic requirements established in the design of the modules.
Closure and repository: Delivery of start, progress and closure reports with verifiable evidence, accompanied by an inventory of materials with metadata in a digital repository for total knowledge transfer.
Service schedule: Estimated time distribution in 4 weeks for the co-design of the process, 6 to 8 weeks for the implementation of the courses and 2 weeks for the delivery of the final closing reports.
