Description

The Province of Buenos Aires of the Argentine Republic has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for Strengthening the Management Capacity of the Province of Buenos Aires" and the "Drainage and Flood Control Project in the Province of Buenos Aires". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN), managed by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services of the Province of Buenos Aires, invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the implementation of an environmental alert system.

Scope of the offer
Technological system: Provision and comprehensive installation of the Bahía Blanca Hydrometeorological Monitoring and Warning System (SMAHBB).

Contracting modality: The application and quotation of the project must be made mandatorily by Full Lot.

Reference budget: The reference value established for this procurement amounts to $1,408,485,152.16 (Argentine pesos).

Delivery time: The total period for the delivery and commissioning of the system is 18 months.

Qualification and participation requirements
Suitability Criteria: The bidder must meet the standards stipulated in Section III of the Bidding Document regarding: (i) Home Country Eligibility, (ii) Contract Compliance History (absence of critical litigation), (iii) Financial Situation, (iv) Technical experience in similar projects and (v) Qualified Key Personnel.

Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted in favour of national contractors or APCAs.

Guarantee of seriousness: All proposals must be accompanied by a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer (a financial guarantee of maintenance will not be required).
