Application Traffic Balancing System Acquisition

Description

Ecuador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank to partially finance the cost of the Tax and Customs Administration Improvement Program, and it is proposed to use part of the proceeds of this financing to make payments under the Contract detailed in the Request for Proposals. The Internal Revenue Service invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the acquisition of an application traffic balancing system. The Request for Proposal number is EC-L1253-P00046 (publication IDB-5598OCEC1-P00046-SPN). The operation is EC-L1253 and the loan is 5598/OC-EC-1.

It is an international public tender for goods, in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB, open to bidders from eligible countries according to the bidding documents. It follows the general notice published on April 7, 2023 (IDB-P1169932-04/23).

The qualification includes financial capacity, specific experience and minimum technical staff. No margin of preference is granted to national contractors. Bids must include a statement of bid maintenance. Electronic bids are not accepted. Late bids will be rejected. Opening is in person or online.
