Description
Panama, through the National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Panama Digital" program. This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the licensing and support of their technological infrastructure.
Scope of the batches
The requirement is structured in three independent lots:
Lot 1: Licensing and technical support for the Nutanix virtualization platform.
Lot 2: Modernization of the Active Directory platform, DNS, DHCP and Mail 365.
Lot 3: Factory Extended Warranty and Support for AIG's current HPE infrastructure.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Evaluation criteria: Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity, specific experience, manufacturing experience, technical capacity and have the corresponding Manufacturer's Authorization.
Margin of preference: A margin of preference will be granted to contractors or associations (APCA) of national origin.
Guarantee required: All bids must include the Bid Maintenance Declaration document.
Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: The bidding documents in Spanish are available through the electronic system PanamáCompra and the IDB's publications portal.
Delivery method: Bids must be delivered physically and in a sealed envelope to the AIG offices in Panama City. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late proposals will be rejected. The public opening will allow in-person or online participation.
