Description
Los servicios para el Programa de "Apoyo a la Integración de Honduras en el Mercado Eléctrico Regional y al Acceso de la Energía Renovable a la Red” se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de esta donación para efectuar los pagos bajo el Contrato Adquisición de “Suministro e Instalación de Modificación de Estructuras en un Tramo de Línea 69 kV del Circuito L-424 entre las Subestaciones de Danlí y Chichicaste, y un Tramo de Línea 34.5kV del Circuito L358 ubicado en San Nicolás, Copán.
Qualification requirements include:
- Financial capacity: The Offeror must provide documented evidence that demonstrates its compliance with the following financial requirements: (i) Bank certificate (s) that certify that the offeror has approved credit lines that cover at least forty percent (40 %) of the value of the offer proposed by the bidder in his offer for this tender
- Experience and Technical Capacity: The Bidder must provide documented evidence that demonstrates its compliance with the following experience requirements. (i) Copy of three (3) contracts executed in the last three (3) years (2017 to 2019), whose magnitude and nature is similar to that of this bidding process; among others established in the bidding document;
- The Offeror must provide documented evidence that the Goods it offers meet the requirements stipulated in Section VII. "List of requirements".
A Margin of Preference will not be granted to eligible national contractors.
