Description
The Argentine Republic, through the Ministry of Health of the City of Buenos Aires, has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Digital Agenda project of the Buenos Aires Health System. The purpose of this tender is to acquire highly complex magnetic resonance imaging systems for the José Ramos Mejía and Dr. Juan Augusto Fernández hospitals. The incorporation of this advanced medical equipment is essential to strengthen the diagnostic capacity of the City's public health system, allowing high-precision non-invasive studies for various pathologies.
Scope of Supply:
- Diagnostic Equipment: Acquisition of state-of-the-art nuclear magnetic resonance systems.
- Installation and Configuration: The supplier must be in charge of the assembly, technical configuration and commissioning of the equipment in the designated hospital sites.
- Maintenance: A maintenance scheme is required to ensure the continuous operation of the resonators.
- Schedule: Bidders must submit a detailed plan with the expected times for installation and final delivery.
Qualification Requirements:
- Financial Capacity: Present the balance sheets corresponding to the last 3 closed accounting years.
- Specific Experience: Prove the satisfactory fulfillment of at least 3 contracts similar in nature and complexity in the last 5 years.
- General Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in the supply, installation and maintenance of this type of medical equipment.
- Warranty and Authorization: It is mandatory to present a Bid Maintenance Guarantee for USD 32,000.00 and the respective Manufacturer's Authorization.
- Eligibility: Open to companies from IDB member countries. No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors.
