Acquisition of photovoltaic plants for public buildings in the city of La Paz, Baja California Sur (includes study, design, adaptation and installation of first stage photovoltaic plants).
Payment milestones
- Advance payment (disbursed once the Contract is signed, delivered the Work Plan, performance guarantee and advance guarantee): 10% of the total amount.
- Mechanical Completion of Projects: 50% of the total amount.
- Substantial Completion of Projects: 20% of the total amount.
- Final Completion of Projects: 20% of the total amount.
