Acquisition of IT tools and materials for the Information and Communication Technologies Directorate

Description

The Republic of El Salvador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to partially finance the cost of the Smart and Comprehensive Health Program. The Ministry of Health invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the acquisition of computer tools and materials for the Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies.

Scope of the offer
The acquisition focuses on the technological strengthening of the Health sector and includes:

Supplies: Computer tools and materials detailed in the application.

Destination: Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Health.

Procedure: International Public Bidding (LPI).

Qualification Requirements
The process is governed by the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB under the following criteria:

Technical and financial capacity: Annual average sales turnover (data from 2020 to 2024, with the exception of 2020) equivalent to at least one times the value of the offer per item.

Proven experience: Submission of at least two (2) contracts or purchase orders for the same or similar goods supplied during the last seven (7) years.

Technical compliance: Strict adherence to the technical specifications described in the RFP document.

Guarantee: All offers must be accompanied by a Statement of Bid Maintenance.

Preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs.
