Acquisition of furniture and equipment for the Cretaceous Park

Description

The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Cultural Heritage Tourism Management Program and will use part of the funds to finance this acquisition. The loan agreement is 4643/BL-BO.

The Decentralized Entity Bolivia in the World, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the acquisition of furniture and equipment for the Cal Orcko Cretaceous Park, located in the city of Sucre, department of Chuquisaca.

The contract includes 33 items of furniture, including custom-made furniture, ticket counters, shelves, desks, drawers, cabinets, chairs and tables for offices, cafeteria, restaurant, souvenir shop, children's lounge and nursing area. The total reference budget indicated amounts to Bs 674,410.00, with a maximum delivery time of 30 calendar days from the signing of the contract. The award will be made individually per item or item.

Contracting will be carried out through National Public Bidding (LPN), in accordance with IDB policies. Bidders must meet the requirements established in the technical specifications and no national margin of preference will be granted.

Bids must be submitted physically and accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Statement. Tender documents may be obtained free of charge through the SICOES portal.
