Acquisition of equipment for the Regulatory Center for Medical Emergencies -CRUM- of the MSPAS

Guatemala, through the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance (MSPAS), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for the Strengthening of the Institutional Network of Health Services (PRORISS)". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the acquisition of equipment for the Regulatory Center for Medical Emergencies (CRUM).

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of specialized equipment to strengthen the response and operation capacity of the Regulatory Center for Medical Emergencies (CRUM) of the MSPAS.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods. In this process, the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) procedure will be applied.

Evaluation criteria: Documentary review, evaluation of technical and financial capacity, verification of compliance with technical specifications and evaluation of the economic offer.

Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The bidding documents in Spanish are available for consultation and download through the Guatecompras portal identified with the Guatecompras Operation Number (NOG) 31866883.

Delivery method: Physical presentation of proposals in a sealed envelope at the address indicated in the rules. Electronic bids are not authorized. The opening of bids will be carried out in a public event in person and online.
