Description
The Dominican Republic, through the Ministry of Finance, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program to Support the Transparency and Integrity Agenda in the Dominican Republic". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the modernization of the technological infrastructure of the General Directorate of Public Procurement (DGCP).
Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of equipment, software licenses and technological solutions for the expansion of the Data Center and the Contact Center of the DGCP.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: The process is conducted in accordance with the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures provided for in the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.
Evaluation criteria: Accreditation of legal incorporation, solid financial capacity, proven technical expertise and documented evidence of compliance with technical specifications.
Margin of preference and modality: A margin of preference will be granted to contractors or consortia (APCA) of national origin. The Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) methodology will be applied.
Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.
Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: The tender documents in Spanish are available for direct download on the official website of the Ministry of Finance or upon written request to the entity.
Delivery method: Bids must be sent in physical form in a sealed envelope to the Ministry of Finance in Santo Domingo. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected. The public opening will be carried out in person and online transmission.
