Acquisition of equipment and materials for the PROVIAL program

Description

Bolivia, through the Bolivian Highway Administration (ABC), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Territorial Connectivity and Development Program for Bolivia". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the provision of equipment and supplies for the road program.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of equipment and materials for the strengthening and execution of the activities of the PROVIAL Program.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Documentary verification of the bidder's own technical and legal capacity (qualifications of parent companies, subsidiaries or subcontractors are not considered, except for specialized subcontractors explicitly allowed).

Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: The bidding documents in Spanish are available upon written request to the ABC or by publication in the State Contracting System (SICOES).

Delivery modality: Physical presentation of proposals in a sealed envelope at the headquarters of the Bolivian Highway Administration (Communications Center Building, La Paz). Electronic bids are not allowed. The opening will take place in a public event in person and online.
