Acquisition, distribution and installation of equipment for surveillance, prevention and control of endemic diseases at the national level

Bolivia has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the program "Support for vulnerable populations affected by coronavirus II". The Ministry of Health is calling for this international public tender (IPL) for the provision, distribution and installation of equipment for disease control through the exclusive receipt of physical bids.

Scope of the offer
Goods required: Supply and commissioning of a technological and sanitary batch that includes air conditioning units (19), ultra-low volume nebulizers (5), analyzers for TB testing (5) and portable X-ray equipment type I or ultraportable (7).

Presentation modality: Proposals must be submitted closed and in strictly physical format to the address of the program's executing unit. Applications by electronic means will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Evaluation criteria: Interested bidders must rigorously comply with all the requirements of technical experience, financial soundness and legal documentation detailed in the tender specifications.

National Preference: For this international procurement process, no margin of preference will be granted to contractors or Suppliers and Contractors Associations (APCAs) of national origin.

Guarantee of seriousness: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a declaration of maintenance of the offer.
