Acquisition, distribution and installation of computer equipment for tertiary level hospitals, milk banks, emergency centers and epidemiological surveillance centers nationwide

Description

Bolivia, through the Ministry of Health, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Support for Vulnerable Populations Affected by Coronavirus II". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) aims to strengthen the technological health network in the national health network.

Scope of supply
The requirement includes the purchase, distribution and commissioning of the following technological goods:

Desktop computers (656 units) and Workstation type (3 units).

Laptops (35 units), tablets (100 units) and monitors (38 units).

Printers (599 units) and high-traffic scanners (7 units).

Communication and support components: webcams (131 units), IP telephones (28 units), IP servers (10 units), GPS equipment (20 units) and an air conditioning system.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Evaluation criteria: Interested companies must comply with the financial, legal, and experience requirements stipulated in the Bidding Documents (SDO), under the IDB's policies for the acquisition of works and goods.

Margin of preference: No economic advantage or margin of preference will be granted to contractors or associations (APCA) of national origin.

Required guarantee: All proposals submitted by bidders must be accompanied by the Bid Maintenance Statement document.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: Interested firms can request the complete set of tender documents in Spanish free of charge by means of a written request to the official email of the Procurement Unit.

Delivery modality: Bids must be submitted physically and in a sealed envelope at the program's offices in Obrajes, La Paz. Electronic applications will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected. The public opening ceremony will allow face-to-face attendance or online monitoring.
