Acquisition of database storage equipment (primary) and file container for health intelligence

Description

Peru, through the National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Improvement of the Agri-Food Safety Service of SENASA". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the acquisition of technological storage and sanitary intelligence equipment.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of database storage equipment (main) and file container for health intelligence infrastructure.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: National Public Bidding (LPN) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods. The Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) procedure will be applied.

Financial capacity: Presentation of audited financial statements or tax returns (SUNAT for national bidders or equivalent authority for foreigners) corresponding to the last two (2) years (2024 and 2025). In consortia (APCA), each member must individually comply with this requirement.

Accredited Experience: Technical expertise demonstrated through contracts, service orders, or paid pay stubs in the sale, deployment, installation, or support of servers, storage, Cloud infrastructure (PaaS or IaaS), Oracle software, or Oracle services. In consortia, experience will be evaluated on a combined basis.

Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The bidding documents in Spanish are delivered by written request to the designated institutional mail (adquisiciones_prodesa@senasa.gob.pe).

Delivery modality: Bids will be allowed to be sent in electronic format through the official mail. The opening of proposals will take place in a public event in person and virtually.
