Description
The Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance (MSPAS) of Guatemala has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program for the Strengthening of the Institutional Network of Health Services (Proriss). This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the acquisition of the technological infrastructure necessary for the implementation of the digital medical record.
Scope of the offer
- Supply of goods: Comprehensive acquisition of computer and technological equipment.
- Objective of the project: To provide digital tools to the healthcare network for the development of the Electronic Medical Record Pilot Project.
- Geographical coverage: The teams will be distributed in the selected health facilities within the departments of Huehuetenango and San Marcos.
Qualification Requirements
- Suitability criteria: In accordance with Section III of the bidding document, the bidder must provide documentary evidence of compliance with: (i) Financial Capacity, (ii) Experience and technical capacity, and (iii) Documentary Evidence validating the specifications of the goods.
- Margin of preference: For this contracting process, a Margin of Preference will be granted in favor of national contractors or APCAs.
- Guarantee of seriousness: All proposals must include a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.
