This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for informational, planning or as part of an early market linkage exercise. It does not constitute an invitation to bid or a formal bidding or contracting process. The information provided in response to this RFI will be treated confidentially and used only for internal planning. In the event that procurement processes arise from this RFI, only the rules of such processes will be applicable and enforceable and this RFI will have no effect on such processes.
The response—or failure to respond—will not create any contracting obligation or preemptive right for the Respondent. The Executing Agency reserves the right to cancel this RFI at any time
without assuming any responsibility.
