Acquisition of computer equipment for the efficient management project of the province of Entre Ríos

Description

Argentina has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program to Support Integrated Public Expenditure Management". The Ministry of Economy calls for this national public tender (LPN) for the provision of technological goods through the exclusive reception of bids in physical format.

Scope and requirements
Objective of the acquisition: Supply of computer equipment aimed at optimizing operational and management processes in the province.

Regulatory framework: The process is governed by the national public bidding (LPN) guidelines described in the IDB's policies for the acquisition of goods and works (version GN-2349-15).

Presentation modality: Proposals must be submitted stamped and in a strictly physical form. Electronic bids will not be allowed and any late delivery will be rejected.

Evaluation criteria: The applicant companies must comply with all the technical requirements demanded in the bidding documents.

National Preference: For this procurement process, a margin of preference will not be granted to contractors or associations of suppliers and contractors (APCAs) of national origin.

Guarantee of seriousness: All economic proposals must be accompanied by a declaration of maintenance of the offer.
