Acquisition of computer equipment for the DEC and CEL

Description

El Salvador has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to partially finance the cost of the "Universal Access to Energy Program in El Salvador." The Executive Hydroelectric Commission of the Lempa River calls for this national public tender (LPN) for the provision of technological goods through the exclusive reception of bids in physical format.

Scope and requirements
Objective of the acquisition: Supply of computer equipment for the operational areas of the DEC and the CEL.

Regulatory framework: The process is governed by the national public bidding guidelines (LPN) described in the IDB's policies for the acquisition of works and goods.

Presentation method: Proposals must be delivered closed and strictly physical to the postal address indicated in the specifications. Bids by computer or electronic means will not be permitted and any late delivery will be rejected.

National Preference: For this procurement process, a margin of preference will not be granted to contractors or associations of suppliers and contractors (APCAs) of national origin.
