Acquisition of computer equipment to carry out activities within the framework of the National Strategy Ecuador Grows Without Child Malnutrition

Ecuador, through the Ministry of Public Health (MSP), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program to Support the Reduction of Child Malnutrition in Ecuador". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the acquisition of institutional computer equipment.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of computer equipment for the execution and operational support of the activities within the framework of the National Strategy "Ecuador Grows Without Child Malnutrition".

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Compliance with the legal, technical and financial requirements detailed in the tender document.

Margin of preference: Margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Delivery modality: Bids in electronic format and physical deliveries are allowed at the Government Platform for Social Development (Quito). The opening of bids will be carried out in person and online.
