Description
The Province of Buenos Aires, through the Provincial Directorate of Sectoral and Special Programs and Projects of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for Strengthening the Management Capacity of the Province of Buenos Aires". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the provision of high-performance computer equipment.
Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of specialized computer hardware for the implementation of the BIM methodology in institutional areas.
Batch Detail:
Lot 1: 100 desktop workstations and 100 professional monitors (Profile A).
Lot 2: 50 professional Workstation type notebooks.
Lot 3: 200 high-end notebooks with integrated video card and operating system included.
Quotation and delivery conditions: Bidders may quote for one, several or all lots. The delivery of the goods will be carried out in stages within periods between 30 and 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: The process is carried out in accordance with the National Public Bidding (LPN) procedures provided for in the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods (GN 2349-9).
Evaluation criteria: Demonstration of financial capacity, relevant technical experience and suitability of the goods offered with respect to the specified institutional use.
Margin of preference: No economic preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).
Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.
Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The bidding documents and specifications in Spanish are available for consultation and download on the institutional website, or can be requested by email to the procurement unit.
Delivery method: Proposals must be sent in a sealed envelope and physically at the Ministry's offices. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late proposals will be rejected. The opening of envelopes will be done in person.
