Acquisition of angiographs (floor and ceiling), gamma camera and screen printing

Description

The Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) of Argentina, through the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Digital Agenda of the Buenos Aires Health System". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) aims to modernize and strengthen high-complexity medical equipment in various health care providers in the city.

Scope of the offer
Goods requested: Acquisition, provision and installation of specialized medical equipment, including angiographs (in floor and ceiling configurations), gamma camera and screen printer.

Presentation modality: Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope in a strictly physical way to the assigned official address. No bids will be allowed by electronic means and late submissions will be automatically rejected.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Financial capacity: Prove economic solvency by submitting the financial statements of the last three (3) business years closed prior to the deadline of the process.

General and specific experience: * Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of history in the supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of the medical equipment offered or equivalent.

Evidence of the satisfactory and substantial execution of at least three (3) contracts of similar nature and complexity in health institutions (public or private) during the last 5 years.

Technical support: Submit the detailed installation and commissioning schedule, the documentation that supports the functional and technical requirements (manuals, brochures, technical sheets) and the corresponding Authorization from the Manufacturer of the equipment.

Preference and safeguards: In this international call, no margin of preference will be granted to contractors or consortia of national origin. Likewise, all proposals must be backed by a Bid Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of USD 86,500.00.
