Acquisition and installation of medical equipment for the National Institute of Ophthalmology in La Paz

Description

Bolivia has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the program "Support for vulnerable populations affected by coronavirus II". The Ministry of Health is calling for this international public tender (IPL) for the provision and installation of specialized medical equipment through the exclusive receipt of physical bids.

Scope of the offer
Goods required: Supply and commissioning of high-tech ophthalmological solutions including a micropulsed yellow laser, ophthalmic ultrasound, optical biometer, SLT laser, anterior segment camera with slit lamp, wide-field retinograph for neonates, optical coherence angiograph tomography (SS-OCT), phacoemulsifier with vitrector and an ophthalmic surgical microscope with 3D digital visualization system (one unit for each item).

Presentation modality: Proposals must be submitted closed and in strictly physical format. Bids by electronic means will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Evaluation criteria: Bidders must comply with all the experience, financial and legal requirements detailed in the tender specifications.

National preference: For this international contracting process, a margin of preference will be granted to contractors or associations of suppliers and contractors (APCA) of national origin.

Guarantee of seriousness: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a declaration of maintenance of the offer.
