Acquisition of 850 units of video cameras for videoconferencing, training through video tutorials, virtual workshop, user manuals, diptychs and distribution service.
Key qualification requirements include, among others:
a. Financial Capacity: The Bidder shall provide documented evidence of its compliance with the following financial requirements: Documentation evidencing its updated statement of net worth, signed by CPN and certified by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences in order to evaluate solvency at the time of submitting its bid. For the verification of the above financial requirement, in the event that the bid is submitted by a consortium, the same information requested in the preceding paragraph shall be considered for each of the partners.
b. Experience and Technical Capacity: The Bidder shall provide documented evidence of its compliance with the following experience requirements: In order to prove experience in the commercialization of the products offered, the Bidder shall submit documentation showing that the firm has at least 3 (three) years in the market of the item of the good offered. In addition, the Bidder must provide documented evidence of having sold at least 40% of the quantities of the goods requested. Both of these requirements may be demonstrated by submitting simple copies of: Purchase Orders, contracts, invoices, etc. For Joint Venture, Consortium or Association, this requirement may be fulfilled through the sums of the background of its members.
c. The Offeror shall provide documented evidence demonstrating compliance of the Goods being offered with the following utilization requirements: The bidder shall submit an Affidavit, guaranteeing that the Goods offered are new, unused, manufactured with high quality original materials and parts, executed with the best technology existing in the market, and their perfect state of conservation. Likewise, it must be declared that the proposed good is not a prototype and that it has been previously commercialized.
d. The bidder shall submit at the time of bidding, a letter, document, or reference link in which it can be reliably verified that the equipment offered is certified for use by videoconferencing clients. In this regard, this requirement must be verified with at least two of the following videoconferencing clients: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex. It must also be compatible with other video conferencing, recording and broadcasting applications that can be used with USB cameras.
