Description
The Argentine Republic, through the Ministry of Economy, has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program for the Strengthening of Federal Fiscal Management. This tender aims to acquire high-performance computing infrastructure to enhance the data processing and processing capabilities of the Ministry of Finance. The incorporation of these advanced systems will optimize the management of critical databases, guaranteeing greater speed, stability and security in the financial administration of the national State.
Scope of Supply:
- Data Infrastructure: Acquisition of 2 Oracle Exadata Quarter Rack High Capacity servers.
- Integral Components: Supply of processing modules, high-capacity storage, and integration and interconnection interfaces.
- Advanced Processing: Equipment specifically designed for the processing of large volumes of data and the execution of mission-critical databases.
- Related Services: Technical support and configuration to ensure the correct implementation of processing nodes within the tax management ecosystem.
Qualification Requirements
- Evaluation Criteria: Bidders must meet the financial, technical and experience capacity requirements detailed in Section III of the bidding document.
- Eligibility: Participation open to companies from all IDB member countries. No margin of preference will be applied to national contractors or consortia (APCA).
- Guarantee: All bids must be submitted accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Statement.
- Presentation: Bids must be physically delivered at Balcarce 186, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Electronic bids will not be allowed. The opening ceremony will be held in person and online.
